Customer requirement

• The power battery, as the core component of new energy vehicles, is gradually developing towards the direction of vehicle integration, with a deep understanding of vehicle power, structure, electrical combination, and full size appearance inspection of the power battery.
• In addition to providing energy, batteries bear functions such as force and weight, and have more stringent assembly requirements, increasing the requirements for factory control of battery module size and appearance.
• The size and weight of battery modules have significantly increased, manual testing impossible.
• Power battery manufacturing requirements: vehicle regulations and quality requirements, digital quality management system, and large-scale and efficient production requirements.

Technical difficulties

• Large range, high accuracy: Size greater than 1000mm, accuracy requirement less than ± 2mm
• 3D measurement, flatness measurement, morphology defect detection
• The new energy industry cannot collect a large number of samples
• Strong interference material, mostly made of reflective metal, with strong interference
• Complex defect types, with 20 types of appearance defects
• High difficulty appearance defects, blue film, scratches, weld bead detection
• Large load motion mechanism with module weight greater than 75KG
